Exposure to stressful events and trauma can present veterans with challenges in everyday environments.
Providing hope and healing to Veterans and First Responders suffering from Post Traumatic Stress. Our five-day program, currently run once a month, strives to give our attendees the tools they need to heal and tend the mind, body, and soul. Through meditation, mindfulness, fitness (yoga), nutrition, and cathartic rituals borrowed from ancient warrior traditions we aim to put our attendees on the path to self-healing where they are empowered to take control of the quality of their lives while offering a sense of community and kinship with those sharing similar experiences. Attendees pay nothing to attend other than travel costs to and from the facility.
